Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Business (B2B) Account Executive to make our mission come to life. This position will manage the FULL sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. In this role, you will identify and engage potential business clients, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business and employee needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Successfully manage the full sales cycle (lead to close) via phone, email, and/or other communication methods
- Effectively use the CRM and other sales tools, build prospect lists, and organize and maintain a steady lead list.
- Proactively prospect (outbound) and qualify leads (inbound) through various channels
- Draft and send effective outbound email sequences to convert potential prospects.
- Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline while accurately forecasting closed sales
- Successfully position, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities
- Present prospect feedback, sales trends, and other findings to the CWJ Leadership Team.
- Support the Revenue team on various team projects
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Preferred: 2 years+ work experience in a direct sales or customer-facing role
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Preferred: advanced understanding of the B2B sales cycle
- Preferred: advanced understanding of CRMs
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear and concise writing style.
- Team player and passionate about working with others to create something great.
- Highly Organized and diligent with high attention to detail and high standards for quality and presentation.
COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
- Experience with modern sales tools and technology.
- Analyze performance metrics using reporting tools to refine strategies.
- Proficiency in virtual and digital selling techniques.

BENEFITS
$50,000 Base with $30,000 in variable for a total of $80,000 in OTE. (Overachievement of sales targets can result in additional compensation beyond the OTE.
